60-day returns
Changed your mind or just picked the wrong color/size? Not a problem.
If you want to return your item for any reason within 60 days of purchase just pop us an email and we will be happy to sort that out for you, hassle free.
Free return postage
Email thepawsnco.au@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will arrange return postage and provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods
If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not match its description, contact us with your order details and photos if available so we can help. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply, including an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
